“Chinese-ish” Chicken

This is a really simple and fast recipe to get a chicken dish with a chinese flair. Not an authentic recipe by any means, the base came from “woman’s day” an Australian magazine. But it is fast easy and tasty…

  • 500 gr Chicken
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoon Maizena
  • 1 Tablespoon Xeres vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon (optional)
  • Fresh red chili (optional if you like it spicy)

  4. Heat the oil in wok/pan when hot, saute the chicken about 2-3 minutes, once all the faces are white, add the soy sauce mixture.
