A magazine had an interview of Harrison Ford and he kindly provided one of his favorite recipe… Marinated chicken… I tried and it became an instant favorite!
Marinate the chicken the night before for better result and convenience
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken Breast (I do without skin or bone but can be done with skin or bone depends what you like
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 inch grated peeled fresh ginger
- 3 finely grated garlic clove
- 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 tbs toasted Sesame oil
- 1 tbs White Miso (optional)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl – whisk to create a liquid marinade. Place liquid in ziplock bag add the chicken and let marinade over night (or at least for 1 hour)
Preheat oven at 375 F. Prepare a baking sheet (be careful the honey will cook and stick) with aluminum and baking paper.
According to size of chicken breast – cook between 30 to 40 mn.
Make it with rice or grains (faro/barley/bulgur/couscous – whatever you prefer!)
